What are you looking for in your next role?

Looking to be able to work with a company that values have a good team relationship where they take ownership of their projects. I would like to be able to be part of a team that is able to think big and push each other but also be transparent and communicate what a we've done wrong and what we can do to fix it. One of my main interest right now is web development and I feel like with my curiosity it will help impact the company as I would willing to learn, build and improve features for users to understand the quality that has been put into it. However; I'm flexible and adaptable to learning new technologies which learning new things will bring out more my curious and creative side.
